Villa Villekulla Farm takes its name and inspiration from the ramshackle home of the original flame-haired independent spirit, Pippi Longstocking. As such, it is a one-woman operation founded by Lauren Gitlin and her retinue of ruminant colleagues that seeks to embody playfulness, whimsy and superhuman strength.
Villa Villekulla Farm launched in 2019 as a no-kill dairy, with five French Alpine goats and dreams of crafting the most unique and delicious goatsmilk products on the market. After seven successful years producing extraordinary goat milk products, the dairy operation is on hiatus as of spring 2026 as we shift gears to create a non-profit sanctuary offering goat-assisted therapy and art residencies.
